Gold's Gym requested a custom site experience with a CMS to backend it for editorial management of the content. In addition to providing the site experience, a 'Fit Test' widget was also developed along with capabilities in the CMS for Gym Owners to log on and create content for their gym events, location, etc.
I served oversight and escalation on this project for Production, and led the UX/Technical aspects in the context of Client communications to manage technical needs, risks, impacts and status.
