Digital Project Management (PM) Executive with 14 years of experience in technically complex Content Management System (CMS) and Ad Product planning and development using traditional, Agile and Kanban board methodology with exceptional skill in project finance, change management, and operations.   • Transformed project finance and financial accountability within the Project Management Office (PMO): Standardized budget and estimation approaches with preparation of budget and estimation templates to inform Scope of Work (SOW.)  Standardized Scope of Work (SOW) preparation and documentation ensuring SOW and related dependencies/assumptions were partnered with every estimate released. Established new financial operations for management of project-level finances including introduction of: burn reporting, forecasting, reconciliation of actuals, Client-facing financial reconciliation documentation, bi-weekly budget reviews, cross portfolio contribution margin (CM) and recognition of revenue.  
  • Created training guides, held training sessions for Project Management and Account Management teams in use of new project finance process and templates. Implemented new ‘Request for Proposal’ (RFP) process and changed existing vendor management (VMO) methodology to include faster, more efficient, start-up and emerging technology providers in all digital approaches. 
  •  Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Content Management System (CMS) solutions architecture and related technical documentation. 
  • Envisioned and delivered a business case with objective to launch a profitable new revenue stream in media production and delivery which resulted in significant Client-funded media placements by Time Inc., on Time Inc. web properties: Pioneered first native media and IAB media launches using expertise in digital media distribution, technical development, and Ad Operations (Ad Ops, trafficking, pixel placement/testing, deployment, A/B versions, media reporting, 3rd party tracking, DFP) 
  • Created the first Time Inc. internal Ad Trafficking department Created training materials aggregating partner 3rd party Advertising Technology (Ad Tech) specifications, user interface guides, and traffic-related tasks (tracking implementation, pixel testing, etc.; conducted training sessions and Q&A sessions as needed for process optimization

  • Achieved major budget wins on projects of poor financial health: Strategically recouped a 650 thousand dollar overage on a 3 million dollar project through team-wrangling  to isolate billable hours, full financial transparency with the Client team, and implementation of strict Change Management process. 
  • Isolated sources of major budget discrepancies across multiple projects and Clients’ budgets for active remediation to bring agency project finances to health at scale.
  • Produced a formalized process for Pharma project lifecycle and interdepartmental workflow which I shopped to senior leadership for successful implementation, and subsequent presentation with agency-wide adoption.

  • ‍Expertise in distilling (Client) Request for Proposals (RFP) to forecast team deliverables required to meet and exceed RFP needs with multiple wins resulting from RFP responses. 
  • ‍Extensive expertise in estimation, budgeting and Scope of Work (SOW) creation, providing clear, finely detailed effort and eliminating gray area; all projects under my management completed within 5% of estimated budget.
  • ‍Successfully delivered a 2 million dollar Content Management System (CMS) product and website development for global rollout with localized product versions across 18 countries, and 31 languages/dialects followed by a full Content Management System (CMS) migration for all instances to another offshore provider.
